It describes what personal data we process through the <strong>lemezmunkak.hu<\/strong> website, for what purposes and on what legal basis, for how long, who has access to them, and what rights you have in relation to your data.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"adatkezelo\">1. Requesting a quote and getting in touch<\/h2>\n<p>This includes the enquiry form on our website, as well as contacting us by email or telephone.<\/p>\n<table class=\"lm-doc__table\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Data processed<\/th>\n<td>name, company name, email address, telephone number, details of the requested work (technology, material, thickness, quantity), the text of the message, any attached drawings and files, and the page from which the form was submitted. The form\u2019s system also records the time of submission, the IP address and the browser type.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Purpose<\/th>\n<td>responding to requests for quotations, preparing quotations, agreeing technical details, and, in the event of an order, preparing the contract. We record your IP address and browser details to filter out abuse (unsolicited, automated submissions).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Legal basis<\/th>\n<td>steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you contact us as an employee or representative of a company, we process the contact details of the contact person on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining business relations with companies (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The legal basis for recording IP addresses and browser data is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (point (f)).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Duration<\/th>\n<td>if the request for a quotation does not result in an order, for a period of 1 year from the date of the last contact. If it does result in an order, we shall retain data relating to the contract for 5 years from the date of its termination (the limitation period for civil law claims), whilst data forming part of accounting documents will be retained for 8 years in accordance with Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Access<\/th>\n<td>The request for quotation is viewed by our managing directors and the staff members responsible for preparing the quotation. The data entered in the form is stored in the website\u2019s database, whilst the attached files are stored on the server; the notification email is sent to the info@lemezmunkak.hu mailbox.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Providing your details is voluntary. However, without the fields marked as compulsory (name, email address, message), we will be unable to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include any personal data in the attached drawings and files that is not necessary for the work.<\/p>\n<p>We will provide separate information regarding the processing of data relating to the fulfilment of orders and invoicing at the time the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sutik\">3. Cookies and website traffic statistics<\/h2>\n<p>Cookies that are essential for the website to function (such as those used to remember your cookie settings and your chosen language) work even without your consent, as without them the website would be unable to provide the requested service. A detailed list of cookies is given in the <a href=\"\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">cookie policy<\/a> .<\/p>\n<table class=\"lm-doc__table\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Tool<\/th>\n<td>Google Analytics 4 visitor statistics, <strong>loaded only after you give your consent<\/strong> .<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Data processed<\/th>\n<td>a random identifier assigned to the browser, the pages viewed and the time they were viewed, the referring page, the device and browser type, screen size, language and approximate geographical location (country, city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Purpose<\/th>\n<td>measuring website usage through aggregated statistics to see which pages and content are useful.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Legal basis<\/th>\n<td>your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; Section 155(4) of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"row\">Duration<\/th>\n<td>up to 14 months, in accordance with the Google Analytics data retention settings; the lifespan of cookies is set out in the cookie notice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using the <strong>Cookie settings<\/strong> link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"naplozas\">4. Website operation and security<\/h2>\n<p>When the website is being served, the server and the website\u2019s security plugin log requests: the IP address, the time of the request, the URL accessed and the browser identifier. This data is required for the website to function, to identify errors and to filter out attacks (such as password guessing or malicious requests).<\/p>\n<p>Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We retain the logs for as long as is necessary for security purposes, up to a maximum of 30 days. Entries older than this are deleted or overwritten.<\/p>\n<p>Regular backups of the website are made on the hosting server; these also include the data submitted via the form. The backups are continuously overwritten by subsequent backups, and we use them solely for the purpose of data recovery.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cimzettek\">5. Data processors and recipients<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell personal data, and we only disclose it to the following service providers to the extent necessary for them to provide their services. In such cases, data transfers are carried out in accordance with the Commission\u2019s adequacy decision on the EU\u2013US data protection framework and the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The website is translated using a machine translation service; we use only the website\u2019s own text for this purpose, and do not use visitors\u2019 data.<\/p>\n<p>In response to a request from a public authority, and where required by law, we may disclose the data specified therein to the relevant authority.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"biztonsag\">6. Data security<\/h2>\n<p>The website is accessible exclusively via an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the form data and the website\u2019s admin interface is password-protected, and is restricted to those who require it for their work. We update the website\u2019s software, requests are filtered by a security plugin, and regular backups of the system are carried out.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"jogok\">7. Your rights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access:<\/strong> You may request information as to whether we process any personal data about you and, if so, what data we process, for what purposes and for how long (Article 15 of the GDPR).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rectification:<\/strong> You may request that inaccurate data be rectified and incomplete data completed (Article 16).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erasure:<\/strong> You may request the erasure of your data if it is no longer necessary, if you have withdrawn your consent, or if the processing is unlawful; unless legislation requires that it be retained (Article 17).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restriction of data processing:<\/strong> You may request that we simply store the data \u2013 for example, until a matter in dispute has been resolved \u2013 but do not use it in any other way (Article 18).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data portability:<\/strong> You may request that the data you have provided for the purposes of preparing the contract or by way of consent be supplied to you in a structured, machine-readable format, or you may request that we transfer it to another data controller (Article 20).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objection:<\/strong> You may object to the processing of your data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests. In such cases, we may only continue to process the data if there is a compelling legitimate ground or a legal claim justifying such processing (Article 21).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Withdrawal of consent:<\/strong> You may withdraw your consent to data processing based on consent at any time (Article 7(3)).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can send your request by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@lemezmunkak.hu\">info@lemezmunkak.hu<\/a> or by letter to our registered office. We will reply without undue delay, and at the latest within one month. This time limit may be extended by a further two months in justified cases \u2013 taking into account the complexity of the request or the number of requests \u2013 and we will inform you of this within one month of receiving the request. Before we comply with your request, we may verify your identity.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"jogorvoslat\">8. Legal remedies<\/h2>\n<p>If you feel that we have infringed your data protection rights, please contact us first so that we can resolve the issue.
