Welding and metal fabrication in Esztergom
We use MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding to assemble structures from laser-cut and bent sheet metal parts: cladding, cabinets, trolleys and storage units.
Welding processes
Three processes, chosen to suit the job
The type of weld is determined by the material, the sheet thickness and the intended use of the finished piece. All three processes are available in the workshop, so there is no need to compromise.
-
ISO 4063 · 131 / 135
MIG/MAG
Gas-shielded, consumable-electrode arc welding. Fast and productive – for steel structures, thicker sheet metal and longer welds.
-
ISO 4063 · 141
TIG
Tungsten-electrode gas-shielded welding. Clean, fine weld – for thin sheet metal and stainless steel.
-
ISO 4063 · 21
Spot welding
Resistance spot welding: a method for the rapid joining of sheets without filler material, typically used for cladding and box-type structures.
From components to structures
At a single site, without subcontractors
Every component of the welded structure is manufactured in-house, so the parts fit together perfectly and there is no need for transport between production stages.

What we manufacture
Welded sheet metal structures
Since 1998
From cladding to trolleys
We started out by manufacturing sheet metal casings for gas appliances, floor-standing boilers and convector heaters; today we manufacture stainless steel trolleys, bicycle storage units and components for our industrial partners.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about welding
- STEP
- DWG
- DXF
What welding processes do you use?
MIG/MAG (gas-shielded, consumable electrode), TIG (tungsten electrode, gas-shielded) and spot welding.
Do you weld stainless steel as well?
Yes. We also manufacture stainless steel trolleys, cabinets and cladding.
Do you also supply finished, assembled structures?
Yes. We cut the sheet metal using a laser, shape it using a press brake, weld it and assemble it – all at a single site.
What sort of drawing should I send?
An assembly drawing in PDF format showing the weld symbols, or a 3D STEP model. If you have any component drawings in DXF format, please attach those as well.
What is the lead time?
Lead times depend on the complexity of the structure and the quantity. We will specify these in the quotation.
