Effective from 15 October 2026
This notice has been prepared on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information (Infotv.). It describes what personal data we process through the lemezmunkak.hu website, for what purposes and on what legal basis, for how long, who has access to them, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer; we do not have one. Please send any enquiries regarding data processing to the email address or postal address given above.
2. Requesting a quote and getting in touch
This includes the enquiry form on our website, as well as contacting us by email or telephone.

Providing your details is voluntary. However, without the fields marked as compulsory (name, email address, message), we will be unable to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include any personal data in the attached drawings and files that is not necessary for the work.
We will provide separate information regarding the processing of data relating to the fulfilment of orders and invoicing at the time the contract is concluded.
3. Cookies and website traffic statistics
Cookies that are essential for the website to function (such as those used to remember your cookie settings and your chosen language) work even without your consent, as without them the website would be unable to provide the requested service. A detailed list of cookies is given in the cookie policy .

You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
4. Website operation and security
When the website is being served, the server and the website’s security plugin log requests: the IP address, the time of the request, the URL accessed and the browser identifier. This data is required for the website to function, to identify errors and to filter out attacks (such as password guessing or malicious requests).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We retain the logs for as long as is necessary for security purposes, up to a maximum of 30 days. Entries older than this are deleted or overwritten.
Regular backups of the website are made on the hosting server; these also include the data submitted via the form. The backups are continuously overwritten by subsequent backups, and we use them solely for the purpose of data recovery.
5. Data processors and recipients
We do not sell personal data, and we only disclose it to the following service providers to the extent necessary for them to provide their services. They process the data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

In the course of using Google and Wordfence services, data may be transferred outside the European Union, to the United States. In such cases, data transfers are carried out in accordance with the Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU–US data protection framework and the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
The website is translated using a machine translation service; we use only the website’s own text for this purpose, and do not use visitors’ data.
In response to a request from a public authority, and where required by law, we may disclose the data specified therein to the relevant authority.
6. Data security
The website is accessible exclusively via an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the form data and the website’s admin interface is password-protected, and is restricted to those who require it for their work. We update the website’s software, requests are filtered by a security plugin, and regular backups of the system are carried out.
7. Your rights
- Access: You may request information as to whether we process any personal data about you and, if so, what data we process, for what purposes and for how long (Article 15 of the GDPR).
- Rectification: You may request that inaccurate data be rectified and incomplete data completed (Article 16).
- Erasure: You may request the erasure of your data if it is no longer necessary, if you have withdrawn your consent, or if the processing is unlawful; unless legislation requires that it be retained (Article 17).
- Restriction of data processing: You may request that we simply store the data – for example, until a matter in dispute has been resolved – but do not use it in any other way (Article 18).
- Data portability: You may request that the data you have provided for the purposes of preparing the contract or by way of consent be supplied to you in a structured, machine-readable format, or you may request that we transfer it to another data controller (Article 20).
- Objection: You may object to the processing of your data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests. In such cases, we may only continue to process the data if there is a compelling legitimate ground or a legal claim justifying such processing (Article 21).
- Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent to data processing based on consent at any time (Article 7(3)).
You can send your request by email to info@lemezmunkak.hu or by letter to our registered office. We will reply without undue delay, and at the latest within one month. This time limit may be extended by a further two months in justified cases – taking into account the complexity of the request or the number of requests – and we will inform you of this within one month of receiving the request. Before we comply with your request, we may verify your identity.
8. Legal remedies
If you feel that we have infringed your data protection rights, please contact us first so that we can resolve the issue. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

If your rights are infringed, you may also take the matter to court. You may bring the proceedings – at your discretion – before the court with jurisdiction over your place of residence or place of stay.
9. Changes to this notice
If there are any changes to our data processing practices (for example, if we engage a new service provider), we will update this notice and indicate the date of the amendment at the top of the page.
