Custom parts
Brackets, plates, cladding elements and prototypes made to individual drawings.
We use an HK FL 3015 fibre laser to cut from 1500 × 3000 mm sheets: one-off components from DXF drawings and batches for repeat orders.
Materials and thicknesses
The fibre laser produces a clean, narrow kerf when cutting everything from thin sheet metal to thick structural steel. The table shows the maximum cutting thickness for each material.
| Material | Max. thickness |
|---|---|
| Carbon steel | 16 mm |
| Aluminium | 10 mm |
| Stainless steel | 8 mm |
| Copper | 3 mm |
Sheet size: 1500 × 3000 mm. For larger formats or special materials, please contact us to discuss your job.

DXF or DWG files are best, at a scale of 1:1, in millimetres. A STEP model or PDF drawing is also acceptable as a supplement.
Yes. We manufacture both one-off parts and batches; as laser cutting does not require any tools, it is cost-effective even for small quantities.
Lead times depend on the material, the quantity and any further processing required. We will specify these in the quotation.
Yes. We bend the cut part on a CNC press brake (up to 2,500 mm) and assemble it into a structure using MIG/MAG, TIG or spot welding.
